SHIFT GMC Ltd is the company that operates the Krakathoom and PublishMyComics.com platform. Creator storefronts are hosted on our platform; the underlying payment and fulfilment processing is carried out by us on the creator's behalf.

2. What We Collect

When you shop or create an account we collect:

• Name and email address — to create your account, send order confirmations, and grant access to your Digital Library.
• Delivery address — only when you order a physical item, so we can fulfil and ship your order.
• Payment information — card payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal. We do not store your card number or CVV.
• Order history — a record of what you've purchased, used to display your orders and to grant digital access.
• Technical data — IP address, browser type, and session cookies for login and basket functionality.

3. How We Use Your Information

• Fulfil your orders (print and deliver physical copies; grant instant access to digital purchases).
• Send order confirmation and dispatch notification emails.
• Maintain your account and Digital Library.
• Provide customer support.
• Prevent fraud and keep the platform secure.

We do not send marketing emails without your explicit consent, and we never sell your data to third parties.

4. Who We Share It With

• Print partners — your name and delivery address are passed to our print-and-fulfilment partner when you order a physical copy.
• Payment processors (Stripe, PayPal) — your payment details are processed directly by them under their own privacy policies.
• Shipping carriers — your name and address are shared with the carrier that delivers your parcel.
• Creators — the store owner can see orders placed on their storefront (including your name and delivery address for physical orders) so they can fulfil and track their sales.

5. Cookies

We use a small number of cookies that are necessary for the site to work:

• Session / login cookie — keeps you signed in as you browse.
• Basket cookie — stores your basket contents so they're not lost between pages.

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
